Les graisses — généralement des huiles et synthétiques émulsifiés — pénètrent la structure fibreuse et enrobent les fibrilles pour réduire la friction et améliorer le toucher. Processus de graissage
Après teinture et séchage, les fibres du cuir se lient étroitement et deviennent rigides. Les graisses — généralement des huiles et synthétiques émulsifiés — pénètrent la structure fibreuse et enrobent les fibrilles pour réduire la friction et améliorer le toucher. Un choix approprié de graisse équilibre la douceur avec les limites de brouillard, COV et migration exigées par les spécifications automobiles et d'export.

Due to the formation of micro emulsion in aqueous solution, it penetrates deeply and uniformly throughout the entire cross-section of leather giving uniform internal softness.It's excellent light fastness makes it suitable for white, pastel coloured and aniline leather.It is compatible with other oils such as fish oil, vegetable oils etc. and owing to its high emulsifying power, it helps in emulsification of other oils when used in combination. |

When used in re-chroming, it helps in improving chrome exhaustion & softness.It opens up fiber texture when used in installments in various stages, during retanning resulting in fluffy & soft leather.It imparts excellent run making it suitable for fluffy garment and gloving leather.Due to its ability to form micro emulsion with water, it is highly penetrative and exhausts very well, giving excellent inner softness.It helps in improving tensile/tear strength of leather.It can be used in all stages of dye house operations. |
