Quality is paramount at Venus Ethoxyethers. All manufacturing sites operate QA laboratories running 24/7 alongside production—testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods before release to customers worldwide.
Laboratory capabilities
QC teams work three shifts using GC, Karl Fischer titration, viscometers, colorimeters, stability testers, and application-specific methods. Instrument calibration and maintenance follow ISO-aligned procedures.
Documentation and traceability
Test records are maintained physically and electronically with retention policies supporting customer audits, export COAs, and regulatory inquiries. Batch traceability links raw material lots to finished surfactant shipments.
Customer and regulatory support
